TanTien Go — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how TanTien Corp ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the TanTien Go mobile application (the "App"). The App is intended for professional drivers with accounts issued by their transport company.

1. Information we collect

• Account information: your name, phone number, and driver profile issued by your transport company, used to authenticate you and operate the service.
• Location data: the App collects your device's precise location while you are on duty to track delivery progress and vehicle position for fleet management purposes.
• Photos: photos you take with the camera as proof of delivery or vehicle condition, uploaded and attached to the related delivery order.
• Operational data: delivery orders, vehicle assignments, shift-change and money-transfer requests you create in the App.
• Device information: device identifiers and push notification tokens, used to deliver order notifications.

2. Advertising

The App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. We request non-personalized ads only. AdMob may collect certain device information (such as device identifiers) to serve and measure ads. We do not use your data to track you across other companies' apps or websites. For details, see Google's Advertising Policy.

3. How we use information

• To authenticate drivers and operate delivery, shift-change, and payment-tracking features.
• To notify you about new orders and account activity.
• To help transport companies manage their fleets, vehicles, and balances.

4. Sharing of information

TanTien Go is an internal application. Your account and operational data are held and used by TanTien Corp, which operates both the App and the fleet, and are accessible to that company’s authorised staff. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not transfer it to third parties.

The one exception is advertising: as described in section 2, Google AdMob receives device identifiers in order to serve and measure the non-personalised ads shown in the App.

5. Data retention

Account data is retained for as long as your account remains active with your transport company. Delivery orders, vehicle balance and money-transfer records are retained for 2 years from the date of the transaction for accounting and audit purposes, and are then permanently deleted or anonymised — unless a longer period is required by law for records that form part of the company’s statutory accounting documents. Data subject to an ongoing dispute is kept until the matter is resolved.

6. Security

All communication between the App and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. Access to operational data is restricted to your transport company's authorized staff.

7. Your rights and how to delete your data

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Driver accounts are issued by your transport company and cannot be created from inside the App; to have your account and personal data deleted, follow the instructions on our Account & Data Deletion page, or email quyenpn1115@gmail.com.

Uninstalling the App does not delete data held on our servers.

8. Children's privacy

The App is intended for professional drivers and is not directed at children under 18.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
