TanTien Go is a driver application used by TanTien Corp and partner transport companies. Driver accounts are created and issued by the transport company; they cannot be created from inside the app. This page explains how a driver can request deletion of their account and personal data.
Send an email to quyenpn1115@gmail.com with the subject "TanTien Go — Account deletion request".
Please include the following so we can identify your account:
We will confirm receipt within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days. We may contact you to verify your identity before deleting data, to prevent someone else from deleting your account.
A limited set of records is kept for a period after deletion, for accounting and dispute-resolution purposes.

These records are detached from your personal profile where possible, and are permanently deleted or anonymised once the retention period ends.
Uninstalling TanTien Go removes the app from your device but does not delete data held on our servers. Use the email above to request deletion.

TanTien Go là ứng dụng dành cho tài xế của TanTien Corp và các nhà xe đối tác. Tài khoản tài xế do công ty vận tải cấp, không thể tự tạo từ trong ứng dụng. Trang này hướng dẫn cách yêu cầu xoá tài khoản và dữ liệu cá nhân.

Vui lòng ghi kèm các thông tin sau để chúng tôi xác định đúng tài khoản:
Chúng tôi xác nhận đã nhận yêu cầu trong vòng 7 ngày và hoàn tất xoá trong vòng 30 ngày. Chúng tôi có thể liên hệ để xác minh danh tính trước khi xoá, nhằm tránh việc người khác xoá tài khoản của bạn.
Một số dữ liệu được giữ lại trong thời gian giới hạn sau khi xoá, phục vụ đối soát kế toán và giải quyết tranh chấp.

Các dữ liệu này được tách khỏi hồ sơ cá nhân của bạn trong phạm vi có thể, và bị xoá vĩnh viễn hoặc ẩn danh hoá khi hết thời hạn lưu trữ.
Gỡ cài đặt TanTien Go chỉ xoá ứng dụng khỏi máy, không xoá dữ liệu trên máy chủ. Muốn xoá dữ liệu, hãy gửi email theo hướng dẫn ở trên.
